As the name suggests, The Accidental Baker, I became a baker by accident!

After reading a Shabbat story to my son one evening during quarantine 2020, he asked me to bake challah.

After some trial and error, I not only got it right, I got it doughlicious!

The photos I posted on social media of my creations prompted friends and family to request that I bake for them.

The result was the birth of THE ACCIDENTAL BAKER.
