My kitchen used to be for display only. I hate cooking but I love baking challah. Turns out, I’m pretty darn good at it too! Who knew? It began as a quarantine creative outlet on Shabbat for my family. (My first one was a brick until I learned what yeast was all about and found the perfect recipe...thank you Jennifer Komsky!) I posted pics of my various creations. The next thing I knew, people were telling me they would buy them. So here we are! Orders must be placed by Wednesday and I bake every Thursday! I look forward to baking for you!
